This cracking can potentially damage the turn signal wiring. Damaged turn signal wiring can cause the turn signals to function improperly, which increases the risk of a crash.

Reading will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the panel body for cracks. Dealers will either install reinforcement brackets or replace the truck body free of charge.
