Subaru Recalls Turbocharged Vehicles for Fire Risk from Pump Relay
Subaru is recalling certain 2007-2014 vehicles with turbocharged engines because a failing relay may cause the air injection pump to overheat and melt, increasing the risk of a fire.

The relay that controls the secondary air injection pump may fail, causing the pump to operate continuously and overheat. If the air injection pump overheats, it may melt and increase the risk of a fire.
