Spartan Motors USA is recalling certain 2007-2008 MM and K2 motorhome chassis manufactured between March 7, 2006, and June 22, 2006. The recall affects 440 vehicles equipped with tag axles that have wheel bearings which may be adjusted too tight.

If the wheel bearings overheat during use, there is an increased risk of a wheel end fire. This defect is located in the rear non-powered axle assembly.
