Capacity of Texas is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 ISB13 Yard Tractors manufactured between September 1, 2013, and April 22, 2015. The affected vehicles were manufactured without a dimmer switch to control the backlighting illumination on the dashboard. As a result, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."

If the driver cannot adjust the amount of dash illumination, they may not be able to easily see the dash controls. This distraction may increase the risk of a crash.
