Highland Ridge RV is recalling certain model year 2016 Mesa Ridge, 3X, and Roamer travel trailers and fifth wheels. The affected units are models 367FB, 388RKS, and 427BHS, which were manufactured between April 27, 2015, and May 6, 2015.

The recall addresses a defect in the rear axle assembly where the studs used to attach the wheels to the axle hubs may break. If these studs break, the wheel could detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
