Great Dane Trailers is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 flatbed trailers. The recall addresses a defect in the brackets used to store aluminum J-hook cargo restraint plates. In the affected trailers, these brackets may break, allowing the stored cargo restraint plates to fall from the trailer.

If the bracket breaks, the falling restraint plates may become a road hazard for drivers of other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. The recall began on April 17, 2014.
