Nissan North America, Inc. is recalling certain model year 2013 Nissan Sentra vehicles manufactured between September 11, 2012, and October 4, 2012. The recall addresses a defect in the fuel tank assembly where some tanks were not properly sealed during the manufacturing process.
As a result of this defect, a small amount of gasoline may leak from the tank when it is full. A gasoline leak in the presence of an ignition source may lead to a vehicle fire.
