Convertible baby gyms recalled over floor mats that can obstruct breathing

About 500 Mikario Trading 5-in-1 convertible baby gyms are being recalled because the floor mats can obstruct an infant's breathing.

The record lists about 500 units affected. They were sold online at TikTok Shop from May 2025 through October 2025 for about $50. No injuries or incidents have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the baby gyms and contact Mikario Trading for a full refund. The record states consumers should remove the toy bar, cut the cushion in half and send a photo of the destroyed gyms to the address given in the notice.
