The product was distributed in the United States to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, ID, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WV.
