The items were sold to a distributor in Utah for further distribution in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. The issue was discovered on January 13, 2017, when a customer noticed the UPC numbers did not match the codes, and the firm notified the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) on January 17, 2017.
