CPSC Recalls 19 Million Swimming Pool Dive Sticks Due to Impalement Risk

Consumers should stop using these dive sticks immediately and throw them out. Depending on the specific product, consumers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. Florida Pool sticks sold primarily at Wal-Mart can be exchanged for a repair kit. Poolmaster sticks can be replaced by calling (800) 854-1492. J&M Industries sticks can be exchanged at the store of purchase. Other brands should be returned to the store of purchase for a refund or repair.
