Plain-English summary

Suarez Toy House of Puerto Rico is voluntarily recalling 144 units of the 'My First Push Toy-Funny Copter' toy helicopter. The toys, which feature a bright yellow body, multi-colored wheels, and a clear plastic dome containing colored beads and animal figures, were imported from China. The specific item number is 64120H.

During routine testing by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), colored beads and other pieces separated from the toy. This presents a potential aspiration and choking hazard to young children. The toys were sold at various retail stores in Puerto Rico between December 8, 1992, and December 21, 1992, for prices ranging from $5.44 to $8.60. Neither the CPSC nor the company is aware of any injuries involving these toys.

Consumers are urged to take the toys away from young children immediately. They should return the toys to the store where they were purchased for a free replacement toy of equal value. Consumers who purchased the toys in Puerto Rico but have since moved, or those with questions, may contact Lucy Pabon at (809) 760-7070.
