Micro-Dome reported 29 incidents of cracking or crazing, eight incidents of the top blowing off, and four incidents of the vent plugging. One user sustained minor burns when the top blew off. The CPSC warns that explosion could cause severe injuries, including blindness and burns from flying fragments and hot liquids.
