The packaging was labeled in part "A Colorful Pull Toy, Jingle Bell Sound, Ages 1 to 3, Sandberg." These toys were imported from Hong Kong and sold nationwide from October 1988 to May 1989.

Neither the CPSC nor Sandberg Manufacturing Company is aware of any injuries involving this product. The voluntary recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injury. Consumers are urged to take these toys away from young children and return them to the store where purchased for a refund of the purchase price.
