If the furnace matches this model or if the owner is uncertain, they should call Coleman's toll-free hotline at 1-800-232-SOLR to arrange an inspection. Coleman is offering a free cooler to encourage participation, along with up to a 50% discount on critical replacement parts or a new replacement furnace.
