Some lamps feature the name "A-Bee" on the smooth collar at the base of the shade.

The hazard exists because the lightbulb socket may not be securely fastened to the lamp base. If the lamp is tilted or tipped, the socket can dislodge or fall out, exposing two copper electrical terminals on either side of the socket. This exposure creates a risk of electrocution or electrical shock, particularly if the lamp is misused or carelessly handled.

Consumers who own these lamps should unplug the lamp, remove the shade, and turn the lamp upside down to check if the bulb socket falls out or is loose enough to expose the electrical terminals.
