The candy bottles were sold individually and in packs of three or 12 from January 2023 through May 2026. They were available at H-E-B, Forman Mill, other candy stores nationwide, and online at Walmart.com, CandyFunHouse.com, RickyJoy.com, and other retailers. The bottles were priced at about $3 individually and between $13 and $32 for packs.

No injuries have been reported. Consumers should stop using the candy bottles immediately and keep them away from children. To obtain a refund, consumers should contact The Ricky Joy Company toll-free at 404-975-0352 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit rickyjoy.com/pages/recall. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for returns.
