Approximately 404 units of this product were sold online through Amazon.com between December 2024 and April 2026 for between $15 and $19. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the pull-string teething toys and remove them from children's access. Consumers should contact YouRfocus for a full refund and follow their destruction instructions: cut all silicone strings from the toy, write "DESTROYED" in permanent marker on the main body, send a photo of the destroyed toy to [email protected], and then dispose of the destroyed product.
