OCUN NA is recalling Ocun Condor HMS Triple Locking Carabiners because the gate can malfunction and fail to close automatically, having to be closed by hand.

This recall involves Ocun Condor HMS Triple Carabiners in dark grey and blue, made by OCUN NA LLC of Park City, Utah. The carabiners have an independent internal wire gate for belaying and rappelling and a triple locking action gate, with the batch number on the spine. Affected batch numbers are 24003xx, 24004xx, 24010xx, 24023xx, 24024xx, 24025xx, 25005xx and 25006xx. About 295 units were sold at climbing centres and online from February 2025 through February 2026 for between $23 and $60, with a further nine sold in Canada.
The carabiner's gate can malfunction where the gate does not close automatically and has to be closed manually by hand, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to falling. No injuries or incidents have been reported.
Consumers should stop using the recalled carabiner immediately and contact OCUN NA for a free replacement.
