The recalled toys were distributed from November 2019 through January 2024 at approximately $20 per unit through Amazon.com, PlayMobi.com, other online platforms, and specialty toy stores. Affected toys may have date codes in MMDDYY format ranging from 030620 to 110823 marked inside the cylinder.

One incident has been reported in which a child placed the toy in their mouth and experienced gagging and choking with vomiting. The child received medical attention but was released with no further injuries. Consumers should stop using the toy immediately and keep it away from children.
