The dressers are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children, and they violate the mandatory standard required by the STURDY Act. The CPSC notice states that no injuries or incidents have been reported.
About 34,730 16-drawer dressers are covered; about 76,500 12-drawer dressers were previously recalled. They were sold on Amazon from September 2023 through August 2025 for about $100.
