The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory standard for clothing storage units as required by the STURDY Act. No injuries or deaths have been reported to date.

About 1,980 of the 13-drawer dressers and 35 of the 12-drawer dressers were sold. These dressers were sold on Amazon.com between July 2025 and October 2025, priced at approximately $140 for the 13-drawer model and $80 for the 12-drawer model.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dressers if they are not anchored to the wall and should place the dressers in an area where children cannot access them. Consumers must submit a photo demonstrating disposal of the product to qualify for the refund.
