The dressers are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children, and they violate the mandatory standard required by the STURDY Act. The CPSC notice states that no injuries or incidents have been reported.
About 1,980 13-drawer dressers and 35 12-drawer dressers were sold on Amazon.com from July 2025 through October 2025, for about $140 and about $80 respectively.
Consumers should stop using an unanchored dresser immediately and move it where children cannot reach it, then contact Romorgniz for disposal instructions and a full refund, submitting a photo to [email protected].
