The Max G30LP model is gray with yellow accents, and the Max G30P model is black with yellow accents. The model number can be found on a label on the side of the foot deck.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scooters. Segway is offering a free maintenance kit that includes tools and instructions for checking and tightening the folding mechanism.
