The recalled hair dryers were sold online at SHEIN.com between July 2024 and October 2024 for between $9 and $21. Affected consumers purchased these products during this period.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled hair dryers and contact SHEIN for a full refund. To receive the refund, consumers must unplug and destroy the hair dryer by cutting the cord, then dispose of it according to local and state recycling laws. After destruction, send a photo of the destroyed hair dryer to SHEIN at [email protected], and a full refund will be issued upon receipt. SHEIN is directly contacting all purchasers.
