The soothers were sold nationwide at Beall's Outlet Stores, Burlington Merchandising, DD'S Discounts, Macy's Backstage, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, and TJ Maxx stores from January 2024 through May 2024, priced between $6 and $9. The manufacturer received one report of the star detaching, but no injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the soothers and remove them from children's reach. Return the product to the store where it was purchased for a full refund.
