The recalled lubricant was sold at Sweetwater, Guitar Center, and U.S. Band & Orchestra Supplies stores nationwide, as well as online at Amazon.com, MusiciansFriend.com, and StLouisMusic.com between March 2024 and May 2024, for between $7 and $9.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lubricant. Do not empty the product or pour it down the toilet or drain. Mark the bottom of the product with the word "Recalled" and the date in permanent marker, then upload a photo of the marked product, the product's model number and lot code, and a photo of the disposed product in the trash to https://chem-pak.com/productrecalls/.
