The recalled rugs were sold exclusively online through Amazon.com from April 2024 through June 2024 at prices between $42 and $65. Approximately 5,200 units were distributed. The manufacturer and importer is Ophanie, of China.

The firm has received one report of a fire. No injuries have been reported. Consumers should stop using the recalled rugs immediately. To obtain a full refund, consumers must destroy the product by cutting it in half and provide proof of destruction by sending a photo to [email protected]. Ophanie is contacting all known purchasers directly.
