The recalled Intimidator UTVs have serial numbers from 000000 to 014034, and Mahindra UTVs have serial numbers from 000000 to 010545. The serial number can be found on a label inside the glove box, inside the hood compartment, or below the driver's seat.

The manufacturer has received 40 incident reports, including 12 that specifically involved brake line impacts. No injuries have been reported.
