Amazon is recalling approximately 11,400 Amazon Basics Executive Desk Chairs manufactured by Global Furniture (Zhejiang) Co. Ltd. of China. The upholstered swivel chairs, available in black, brown, and white with padded armrests and rolling casters, were sold online through Amazon.com from September 2021 through April 2022 for between $103 and $170. Only chairs with a horizontal plastic piece on the bottom of the caster bracket are included in the recall.
