Zeno Inc. of Weymouth, Massachusetts is recalling approximately 1,355 collapsible infant walkers with adjustable height settings. The walkers come in various color combinations, including black, teal, gray, or pink frames; gray or black seats; and white, teal, or pink trays. Some models include toy attachments, a push handle, and "Babywalker" stitching on the seat back.

The recalled walkers fail to comply with federal safety standards in two critical ways. First, they can fit through a standard doorway and lack a mechanism to stop them at the edge of a step, as required by federal regulation. Second, the walkers have leg openings large enough to allow a child to slip down until their head becomes entrapped at the neck. Babies using these walkers face serious injury or death.

The walkers were sold online at Walmart.com from October 2018 through August 2021 for between $130 and $160. No injuries have been reported.
