What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: The source reports six documented leg puncture and laceration injuries from the defect, meeting the Severe criterion for significant injury reports. While no deaths or hospitalizations are stated, the combination of actual injuries and risk of serious harm during active use justifies a Severe rating.
