Festive Lights Hanukkah Menorahs Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

The TJX Companies is recalling about 7,900 Festive Lights Hanukkah Menorahs because the resin and MDF material can burn or catch fire when holding lit candles. Three incidents of burning or catching fire have been reported, with no injuries or property damage.

The TJX Companies Inc. is recalling approximately 7,900 Festive Lights Hanukkah Menorahs sold at Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Homesense stores nationwide from November 2021 through January 2022. The menorahs are made of resin and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and come in the following shapes: llama, brontosaurus, stegosaurus, T-rex, castle, rainbow, rainbow platform, and emoji designs.

The recalled menorahs can burn or catch fire when holding lit candles. TJX has received three reports in the United States of the menorahs burning or catching on fire during use. No injuries or property damage have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled menorahs. They can return the products to any Marshalls, HomeGoods, or Homesense store for either a full refund or a refund in the form of a store gift card. Consumers can also contact TJX with photographic proof of appropriate disposal to receive either a full refund or a refund in the form of a store gift card.
