The recalled bottles have black caps that do not meet these child-resistant requirements.

The non-compliant packaging poses a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children. The product was sold online at SimplyEarth.com and in the Simply Earth store in Glendale, Wisconsin, from September 2016 through September 2019 for about $12. No injuries have been reported.
