(15 ml) glass amber dropper bottle with a black cap and a yellow, pink, and green label. The recall is due to the bottles failing to meet child-resistant closure requirements under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

The recalled product was sold at URM stores and independent pharmacies nationwide and online at Target.com from July 2015 through June 2018 for about $7. The bottles are not child-resistant, which poses a poisoning risk if the contents are swallowed by young children. No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.
