Each charging pad and accessories are packed in a white plastic box with a clear lid, measuring approximately 5 inches x 5 inches x 1.25 inches.

The wireless phone chargers can overheat while in use, posing a burn hazard to consumers. The firm has received seven reports of the phone chargers overheating. No injuries have been reported.

The charging pads were distributed as a promotional giveaway item to employees and customers of various companies from February 2018 to May 2018.
