No injuries have been reported.
The affected power supply units were sold from October 2006 through June 2013 to businesses, hospitals, and end-users. They were sold directly by Zebra, through distributors and resellers, or included with the sale of specific printer models. Prices ranged from $340 to $2,000 when sold with printers and about $130 as an aftermarket accessory. Printer owners should immediately stop using the recalled power supply units and contact Zebra for a free replacement.
