Our severity reasoning: The recall involves a risk-of-harm product (burn injuries) where injury has not yet been reported, which aligns with the High severity criteria.
Plain-English summary
One Stop Shop, LLC, of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, is recalling about 350 children's pajama sets. The recall involves 100 percent cotton knit, two-piece, long-sleeve top and pant pajama sets in sizes XXS through XL. The sets were sold exclusively at Foreman Mills stores nationwide from September 2016 through November 2017 for about $6. The products were imported by Karmin Industries, of Canada, and manufactured in China.
The recalled pajamas fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, which poses a risk of burn injuries to children. The recall includes three styles: Santa Claus print, Elf screenprint, and reindeer screenprint. The neck label displays "Mad Engine," "RN 129993," and the size. Mad Engine claims these recalled pajama sets are counterfeit.
No injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children and contact One Stop Shop for a full refund. Customers can call One Stop Shop toll-free at 888-884-7202 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or email [email protected].
