The recalled tables are round or rectangular and feature thin sheets of zinc or dark gray metal on the tabletops. These tables were sold at Restoration Hardware Outlet stores nationwide and online from March 2012 through December 2016 for between $750 and $2,600.

The metal tops of these tables can contain lead, which presents a risk of lead exposure to children. Lead is toxic if ingested and can cause adverse health effects. Restoration Hardware has received reports of elevated blood lead levels in four children in two homes where a recalled table was present. One incident involved two children in Cranston, R.I., and another involved two children in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tables, cover them, and place them out of the reach of children.
