No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with the use of these products. Consumers should immediately stop using the mattress pads and contact Hollander Sleep Products at 800-233-7666 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or online at www.hollander.com, for a postage-paid shipping label and instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
