SouvNear Inc. is recalling about 650 units of 51 different styles of women's 100 percent silk scarves. The scarves, which are 72 inches long by 31 inches wide, do not meet the federal flammability standard for clothing textiles, posing a burn risk. The products were manufactured in India and feature "100% Pure Silk" and "Made in India" on the sewn-in tags.

The scarves were sold at Averroes International stores and online at amazon.com and souvnear.com from October 2014 through March 2016 for between $8 and $40. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scarves and return them to SouvNear for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the scarves online will be contacted directly.
