Jofran Recalls Boulder Ridge Dining Tables Due to Cement Top Fracture Hazard

The company received reports of 71 incidents involving cement top stress fractures or cement tops breaking. No known injuries have been reported. The affected tables were sold at retailers including Jordan's Furniture, Kittles Home Furnishings, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and W.E. Smithe Furniture nationwide from May 2015 through October 2015 for approximately $1,100. The tables were manufactured in Vietnam.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tables. To identify if a table is affected, check the serial number on the underside of the cement top; affected serial numbers begin with V12760A, V12760B, V12860A, or V13034. Consumers should contact their Jofran dealer to schedule a free repair or call Jofran toll-free at 1-866-563-7261 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
