The item number #28303 is printed only on the toy's packaging.
The toys were manufactured by Intradin Import & Export Co., Ltd., of Shanghai, China, and imported by Northern Tool + Equipment Company, Inc. of Fredericksburg, Va. They were sold at Northern Tool + Equipment retail stores and catalogs, and online at www.amazon.com, www.kotulas.com, and www.northerntool.com from August 2014 through June 2015 for about $30. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
