The chairs pose a fall hazard because they can unexpectedly tip over when a consumer sits on the edge of the seat. The company has received reports of four consumers falling from tipped-over chairs, including two reports of minor injuries.

These products were sold nationwide from February 2014 to February 2015 at Bed Bath & Beyond, Daily Fair, Home Goods, Marshalls, Old Time Pottery, and T.J. Maxx stores. The chairs sold for about $30 and the sets for about $150. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and return them to the store of purchase for a full refund.
