These tables were sold online at www.schooloutfitters.com from June 2013 through September 2013 for approximately $190 to $220. A total of 655 units were distributed. Consumers can locate the item number on the underside of the tabletop, listed alongside the Commercial Furniture phone number, OCI#, and Country of Origin: China.

School Outfitters has received eight reports of table instability, three of which involved legs splitting. No injuries have been reported. Customers should contact School Outfitters to set up repair appointments with installation experts to replace the legs on all affected tables free of charge.
