Runway Global is recalling three styles of Sugarfly-branded girls' hooded jackets due to a strangulation hazard. The jackets, which are made of woven cotton and woven polyester, feature drawstrings in the hood around the neck area that pose a risk to young children. The affected styles are KMCBJ255 (olive, zipper closure), KMCBJ410 (white, belted double-breasted), and KMCBJ421 (fuchsia or purple, button closure). The garments were sold in girls' sizes 7 through 16.

The jackets were sold exclusively at Burlington Coat Factory stores nationwide and online from September 2011 through September 2013 for about $40. Approximately 820 units were distributed. The style number can be found on the back of the sewn-in neck label. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

Consumers should immediately take the garments away from children. To eliminate the hazard, consumers can remove the drawstrings or return the garments to Burlington Coat Factory for a full refund.
