About 21,000 units were sold exclusively at Big Lots in July 2013 for $90 for the tablet and adaptor. The recalled adaptor has two prongs for plugging into an outlet and a wire leading to a single plug for the tablet. A label on the bottom of the casing near the plug prongs has "Polaroid Power Adaptor" printed on it with the model number SX-30017-D.
