The recalled product includes a 24-inch by 30-inch cotton canvas playmat and four toy wooden vehicles: a blue car, a red "Wegmans" delivery van, a green "Wegmans" farm tractor, and a yellow "School Bus." The sets were sold in a yellow box with "Wegmans Playmat Set" and an age label of "2+" printed on the front. The UPC code 0 7789028735 4 is printed on the back of the box.
About 5,000 units were sold exclusively at Wegmans Food Stores nationwide from October 2012 through June 2013 for about $25. Consumers should immediately take the wooden vehicles away from young children and return them to Wegmans Food Stores for a full refund.
