The price range was between $100 and $200. Some mattresses were also sold with a foundation. Consumers can identify the recalled products by checking for "Classic 5," the model number, and the date of manufacture on the federal label, and the lot number on the state label. Both tags should have "Easy-Rest Inc." printed on them.

No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. Consumers should immediately contact the retailer or Easy-Rest to receive a free zippered mattress liner. This liner is designed to be placed over the foam core and under the existing mattress cover to mitigate the flammability risk.
