About 6,970 units were sold at Halloween and specialty stores nationwide from April 2008 through May 2012 for about $6.50. The toys were manufactured by Ko Lik Manufacturing Ltd. of Hong Kong, China. No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.
