The bottles are made of pink or blue plastic with a crackle design and feature flip-top lids. The recalled products were manufactured in June 2012 in Italy and sold for about $5 between July 2012 and August 2012. The bottom of the bottle is embossed with "H&M Sweden" and "www.hm.com," along with a date clock showing the number 12 with an arrow pointing to the number 6.

The recall was issued because the water bottle's spout can break off, which poses a choking hazard to children. H&M has received one report of an incident in England where the spout broke off in a child's mouth while drinking. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
